Custom AI & software

Your workflow. Built to fit.

Help your team find answers in documents, prepare drafts, and move information between systems. Test one useful idea before committing to a larger build.

01 / How we can help

Define it. Test it. Build what helps.

Start with the problem and the people doing the work. Each stage gives you something concrete to review before deciding what comes next.

01Discovery & prototype

Turn an idea into a focused use case. Identify the inputs, outputs, and review steps, then try a working version on representative tasks.

An agreed scope, a working prototype, feedback on its limits, and a recommendation for the next stage. A prototype is a test of the idea, not a production rollout.

02Custom AI tools

Build assistants that search your documents, summarize material, or prepare first drafts for your team to check.

A tool for the agreed task, defined data access, and checks against sample work. Source references and human review can be included where the use case calls for them.

03Connected software

Reduce the copying and checking between the systems your team relies on. Give people a clearer way to move work forward.

Scoped internal apps or integrations, tested data flows, and a handover. Deployment, ownership, provider costs, and ongoing support are agreed in the proposal.

An example to explore

An answer your team can check.

A document assistant should make the source easy to inspect. Here is a small, illustrative example using invented handbook text.

Sample source: onboarding guide, step 2

Before a new customer project begins, the account lead confirms the scope and records the agreed start date in the project tracker.

Question: What happens before kickoff?

The account lead confirms the scope and records the start date in the project tracker. Source: onboarding guide, step 2.

Illustrative content, not a connected AI service. A real prototype needs testing on your documents, permissions, missing answers, and conflicting information.

03 / How we work

Start with the work. Build from there.

  1. Tell us about the work

Share the task, the tools you use, and what a better result would look like. We’ll work through your questions in plain language.

  2. Agree on the first step

Review the scope, deliverables, cost, and timing before committing. Start with a focused project or session you can evaluate.

  3. Try it, check it, use it

Work through real examples, review the results, and learn what you need to keep using the tool or skill. Discuss any further work separately.

Before we build.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Describe the task, who does it, and which tools or documents are involved. An example with sensitive information removed is enough to start. You don’t need a technical specification.

How do you handle access to our data?

Before building, we agree on what information the tool can use, who can access it, and which service providers are involved. Use sample or redacted data for initial discussions.

How do we know whether the AI is useful?

We choose representative tasks and agree on how to evaluate the output. Your team checks the results and limitations before deciding whether to improve the prototype or move toward production.

How are projects and training priced?

The quote depends on the work involved: the tools to connect, the website pages or software features needed, or the format and size of a training session. We’ll explain what’s included and identify any separate software, hosting, or support costs before you decide.

Who owns the work, and what happens after delivery?

Ownership, access, documentation, and support are part of the project agreement. We’ll also identify third-party services and their costs so you can assess the ongoing commitment.

Tell us what needs to work better.

Describe the task, the people doing it, and the systems involved. A rough idea is enough; please leave out sensitive data.

We’ll reply by email to understand your needs and suggest a next step. Sending an inquiry does not commit you to a project.

Before work begins, we’ll agree on the scope, timing, and cost.

For example: Our team needs to find answers in project documents. We’d like to test a tool with a small group first.

We use your details to respond to your inquiry. How we handle your information.
